Our technician will first call or text 30 minutes before to notify you of our estimated time of arrival. We will visit with you at your front door to ask you about any pest problems or concerns you have, as well as ask you to point us to the general area of concern so that we know where to start the inspection. We also come equipped with face masks and shoe coverings for everyone’s safety.
Then, our technicians will inspect the specific problem area, if there is one, for any entry points, damage, or nesting. We will then do a minimum of 3 passes around the house, inspecting for any signs of a pest presence. We will report our findings back to you, and would be happy to point the specific spots out to you and discuss the specific treatment options.
Next, our team will provide treatments customized to fit your pest problems, house, and yard layout. We only use the proper amount of chemical treatments that will eliminate pests without endangering your family or pets. When our technicians spray the product, we spray 3 feet up and 3 feet out from the problem area in order to cover every spot.
As we are committed to providing long-term solutions for every pest issue, our technicians will also provide non-chemical treatments. For example, we will de-web any area of the house and fill any gaps or entry points with copper mesh to keep pests out.
Finally, we will explain every treatment we provided, as well as give advice on how to maintain a pest-free home before the next visit. You are welcome to ask any questions that came up during the service, and our technicians will be happy to answer them. We also have plenty of easy pay options to make for a smooth process.
